Create your Alpine bucket list

We’ve all got a bucket list of some kind or another - it might be a mental list rather than something you’ve written down, but we all have things we’re longing to do or see. In fact, a bucket list is a great way to see the world - rather than thinking abstractly about what you’d like to do, having one written down helps to narrow your focus and choose the places you’d really like to visit.

If you love the Alps, creating a bucket list of Alpine sights and experiences is a brilliant way to get the most out of the region. You could tick them all off on one trip, or come back often to tick off a few more things.

Create a list that has some experiences which are easy to achieve - eating raclette, perhaps, or stargazing in the Alps - and combine those with more challenging exploits. Perhaps you’re keen to take on a notoriously tricky ski run, climb Mont Blanc or go white-water rafting.

By combining some things that are easy to achieve with others that take more perseverance, you’ll find you keep the motivation to continue ticking things off.

The Alps are packed with fantastic, unique experiences that can’t be had anywhere else in the world, so you’re sure to find it easy to populate your list. Not everything has to be an achievement - perhaps you just want to carve out the time to spend a whole day snuggled in a ski chalet reading cheesy romance novels looking out over snow capped mountains? It’s up to you!

If your Alpine bucket list is long (ours never stops growing) then perhaps you might consider investing in a holiday home in the Alps? The perfect way to squeeze every drop of joy from this stunning part of the world.

If you’re interested in your very own home in the mountains, get in touch to find out more about the apartments and chalets we have for sale.
